3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of the products and services on blessedbylight.de does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button [Buy] you place a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 Consumers have a two-week right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will have you all the payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than our standard low-priced delivery have to repay immediately and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.
We may (in the case of a shipment already made) refuse to repay until we have received the ordered goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is especially to be assumed if we are your lender or if your lender uses it to finance our participation. If the loan has already been received by us when the revocation comes into effect or upon the return of the goods, your lender enters into our rights and obligations under the contract financed in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (such as securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, you make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement, if you also have a right of withdrawal.

6.1 The delivery takes place within Germany with DHL.
6.2 The delivery time within Germany is up to 2-3 days.
6.3 Delivery to other countries is by DHL.
6.4 The delivery time is up to 14 days to other countries.

Advance Payment Bill
After ordering, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The dispatch of the ordered device takes place with new customers after receipt of payment, otherwise on the following working day. There are no additional fees.
You will be redirected to the PayPal site during the order process. There you can log in and initiate your payment to us. We will pay the fees for this process. You will incur no further costs due to this payment method. After payment, you will be redirected to our sites. Your goods, if available, is then ready to ship. Cash on delivery is no longer offered by us due to the effort and the increased shipping costs.
7.2 You are only entitled to set-off if your counterclaims are legally established by a court or undisputed or have been acknowledged in writing by us.
